BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships Identify and develop business opportunities for the landscape services.
Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
1) Working on leads generated by Tele callers, digital marketing or any other source
2) Meeting with prospective clients, understand his/ her requirement and explained projects
3) Coordination with other team for site visit of the clients
4) Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
5) Rich experience in Real Estate field for atleast 2-3 years .
Minimum 3 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry
Strong client relationship management skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Market research experience
Proven ability to work independently
Languages Telugu, English, Hindi
UG :Any Graduate
PG :Post Graduation Not Required
Provide advisory / consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
Training new sales team members, assigning specific tasks to other sales team members and monitoring the team’s sales performance.
Solving customer complaints and answering customers’ questions. (Solving team members & customer queries, & guiding team members on how to fulfill customer requirements)
Writing reports for Regional Manager. (giving weekly and monthly reports to cluster head and regional manager about sales revenue, team performance, future plans & improvement areas )
Assisting team members with the selling of our products and services which will maximize the sales revenue.
Providing the sales team with constructive feedback and assisting team members in solving customer problems and queries
Maintaining positive & healthy customer relations.
Motivating the sales team members and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the team.
Maintaining and building good and healthy relations with our business partners for future growth.
Create an inspiring team environment that will motivate the team members to do their tasks.
Giving sales guidance to a team member on how to achieve the monthly organizational expected target.
3 – 4 Years of Experience in Real Estate sales is necessary.
Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong leadership abilities.
Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
